The Account Supervisor works with the Account Management Team in managing day-to-day execution of Agency and client projects for a specific portfolio of clients. Under the general direction of Directors and EVP, Head of Client Experience, the Account Supervisor should know and have a clear understanding of the client’s overall business, marketing initiatives, and competitive landscape, in order to manage and oversee all details relating to plan development and execution.
The Activation Strategist, Performance Media, is a key player in driving client success through effective digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of performance media channels, including Paid Search, Video, Display, Ecomm, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms. The strategist will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals while providing valuable insights and recommendations.
A Project Manager works on a portfolio of clients to build and manage client/project scopes, timelines, resources, and communication. They have an in-depth understanding of agency processes and roles. The Project Manager is proactive, strategic, organized, and exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The Project Manager is an effective problem solver and assesses potential risks and opportunities. They are responsible for building strong internal working relationships, as well as assisting the client strategists in building strong client relationships. The focus is on continual improvement, reliability, and accountability.
The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of social campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and any other emerging social platforms.
This role is a primary contact for key media vendors, responsible for proactively seeking new and innovative solutions to enhance tactical plans and buying approaches. They will coordinate meetings/introductions/webinars within the activation team. In addition to these duties, they will be responsible for assisting in the establishment of processes and for adhering to existing processes and workflow, while suggesting updates to increase efficiency.
