We’re looking for a dedicated and personable senior account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. The ability to follow through on projects and maintain accountability is critical for this role. Account Managers need to excel in problem-solving.
The Associate Accountant is responsible for the duties related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing of a specified billing portfolio. They work in conjunction with other personnel to handle database management, vendor maintenance, and auditing tasks.
The Media Auditor is responsible for processing and auditing media invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company’s media orders and insertions. Professional work experience, regardless of industry, in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or Accounts Payable experience required.
The Media Buyer, Spot Activation is responsible for the tactical planning, purchase, execution and delivery of linear and digital video and audio channels, print and OOH that are part of approved media plans.
The Media Intern will gain exposure to a variety of departments with tasks that support our True Success processes. An important part of the internship experience is learning, therefore, training on tools, teams, media channels and processes will be about 50% of the program with the other 50% spent helping teams move client work forward.

As a Media Planner, you are an important part of the creation of the most appropriate media plans for your client to achieve their business goals. You are responsible for helping to strategize, produce and make sense of the key media, consumer and market intelligence required for your clients’ media plan.
