The Vice President, Cultural Strategy & Media Innovation is a senior individual contributor who serves as the agency’s foremost authority on culture, audience behavior, and media innovation. This role exists primarily to fuel new business growth (approximately 80% of responsibilities) by translating real-time cultural intelligence and audience research into bold, media-first ideas that win pitches and open doors. A smaller but meaningful portion of the role (approximately 20%) supports high-profile existing client engagements at critical moments. Reporting directly to agency leadership, this position operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to move quickly — identifying a culturally relevant moment one day and having a client-ready concept the following day.

The Senior Paid Social Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of social campaigns. Responsible for executing effective and innovative social media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms. The Senior Paid Social Specialist is expected to bring a data-driven approach to campaign management by consistently testing various targeting strategies and utilizing technology from strategic preferred marketing developers.
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. The ability to follow through on projects and maintain accountability is critical for this role. Account Managers need to excel in problem-solving.
The Account Supervisor works with the Account Management Team in managing day-to-day execution of Agency and client projects for a specific portfolio of clients. Under the general direction of Directors and EVP, Head of Client Experience, the Account Supervisor should know and have a clear understanding of the client’s overall business, marketing initiatives, and competitive landscape, in order to manage and oversee all details relating to plan development and execution.
The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for crafting and validating measurement and channel strategies that align with client business objectives, under the guidance of their direct manager and in collaboration with the broader team. All recommendations, whether documented or implemented, must be well-justified with clear reasoning.
A Project Manager works on a portfolio of clients to build and manage client/project scopes, timelines, resources, and communication. They have an in-depth understanding of agency processes and roles. The Project Manager is proactive, strategic, organized, and exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The Project Manager is an effective problem solver and assesses potential risks and opportunities. They are responsible for building strong internal working relationships, as well as assisting the client strategists in building strong client relationships. The focus is on continual improvement, reliability, and accountability.
The full time Media Associate will gain exposure to a variety of departments with tasks that support our True Success processes. They must become well versed in internal media software including Advantage, Asana, and DataStride, as well as client dashboards, some research tools, and general media practices.
The Media Buyer, Spot Activation, is responsible for the tactical planning, purchase, execution, and delivery of linear and digital video and audio channels, print, and OOH that are part of approved media plans.
The Associate Media Director of Integrated Media will be an extension of our leadership team across the Integrated Media group, bringing a higher level of strategic expertise across both traditional and digital media channels and senior support and experience for activation and buying processes. This individual will help oversee and provide guidance to how we refine our media planning products, utilizing advanced tools and strategic principles.
