Calgary, Alberta (September 20, 2016) — True Media today announced it has named Bruce Neve as the new president of True Media Canada, overseeing all operations in Calgary in addition to a new office in Toronto. Prior to joining True Media, Bruce was the CEO of the Starcom MediaVest Group in Canada.

True Media opened its offices in Calgary in 2007 and works with a variety of clients across the country in addition to clients in the United States and internationally who want to advertise to the Canadian marketplace.

“As we continue to expand our footprint across North America, it made sense for us to add an executive to our team to lead our Canadian efforts and to help us grow into the Toronto market,” says Jack Miller, chief executive officer, True Media. “Bringing someone on board like Bruce, whose experience and reputation in the market is well-known, was an easy decision.”

Toronto will mark the fifth office for True Media, which recently landed on the Inc. 5000, a distinguished list that highlights the fastest-growing private companies (the seventh consecutive year True Media has been recognized).

“I look forward to joining the True Media family,” says Neve. “We will offer a differentiated model in Toronto, without legacy structures or titles, with an eye firmly on the future and a focus on rigorously understanding and respecting people: their goals, motivations, values, beliefs, relationships with (new) technology, and with media. We will be transparent, nimble, highly collaborative and open/flexible in our thinking, and always focused on positive business outcomes for our clients.”
