TRUE MEDIA ANNOUNCES NEW HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
COLUMBIA, Mo — (Sept. 26, 2012) — True Media announces the addition of Caroline Andriano to the team as human resource director. Caroline, former human resource manager for Alliance Water Resources, brings senior level HR management experience in benefits, company culture, and employee growth and development to True Media.

Andriano has extensive experience in public and private sector human resources with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, employment law, management and employee training. “I’m excited to bring my skill set to this growing company,” says Andriano. “My plans include developing an orientation program for new employees, continuing to promote a positive company culture, and developing a plan to fine tune agency policies and procedures.”
