TRUE MEDIA SELECTED AS FIRST MEDIA AGENCY TO JOIN AMIN NETWORK
Worldwide advertising network names True Media as one of its newest members
Columbia, Mo. (Feb. 13, 2012)—True Media has joined the AMIN Worldwide network as the first media strategy agency to be granted membership in this international marketing and communication network.
AMIN (the Advertising and Marketing International Network) is a pioneer among independent agency networks, which are gaining popularity as multi-regional clients look for broader market coverage from shops. In addition to widening members’ effective geographic reach, the network also creates economies of scale and provides shared services such as media research, legal support, best practices and technology. True Media joins 27 U.S. agencies—whose clients include Caterpillar, Disney, Fuji, Gerber and Kellogg’s—and 22 European and Asian agencies. Until the addition of True Media, AMIN’s membership consisted solely of full-service, independently owned advertising agencies. As publicly owned conglomerates expand, the number of truly independent shops has declined. Adding agencies such as True Media will allow for a new path of growth for the AMIN network and add another level opportunity for member network agencies.
